Yea well as a member of the forums who, like everyone else, needs help with something every once in a while, I find that support is lacking in presence. There are some posts that have gone unanswered, one of mine included. So if your staff is really as hindered and limited as it appears to be, why not ask for some volunteers or something? Don't make us suffer please.

this forum is totally based on volunteers. Everybody helping here is doing so "for the fun of it", not because he/she is being payed to do so. Anybody can join in, and answer a few posts, we don't bite. Also note that getting a good answer depends much on asking a good question. I for instance usually do NOT take any time to answer people that were
(a) apprently just to lazy and didn't read the FAQ, use search, do some trial and error etc.
(b) didn't describe their problem in the detail needed to make educated guesses at the problem

PS: oh and posting your problem into a huge thread that exists since ages is usually NOT going to speed up things either. Best open a new thread (after searching, reading FAQ, trial and error) with a detailed problem description, and a descriptive topic.

PPS: oh and don't copy&paste your post from the above mentioned huge thread into a new thread. Your post there sucks. I mean, remove the weird language (not everybody is a native english speaker), remove the whining (howmuch do you pay the admins from which you demand personal private support?), and remove the flaming (against gay marriage, iirc). Then invest the space you manged to free by removing the above to describe your problem in more detail.
