No users visable in other channels.

Hey guys.

I just started my own server for some friends to voice chat. And now i got a problem. I made different channels like:

Busy.
Away.
Gaming.
Chatting.

Well here,s an example of my problem. When im in lets say in the Busy. channel i cant see my friends that are in the Away. channel. Only when i join there channel i can see them. I joined lots of other teamspeak servers. And you could always see the other players in the other channels. I think it,s just a little thing i missed with setting up the server or something. But i dont know where to find the option to turn it off or on ( if thats an option )

If you payed attention you would notice it would say "Freeware Public Server" on yours and "Freeware Clan Server" on the servers were you can see people in other channels.
