IP Log

Has anyone, by chance, already written code to log the IP's of users from a computer other than the server (possibly through some sort of ssh session w/ SA credintials because we don't have super-SA access) and create some sort of data file or log it in a DB?

If not, could someone point me in the direction of where to find info to connect to a TS server through Java code...

Any advice appriciated, TIA
