hey i im a newbie in server hosting so i have a question ;)

i downloaded:
TeamSpeak 2 Client (RC2)
TeamSpeak 2 Server (RC2)
TeamSpeak 2 Server (RC2) Service binary
from www.goteamspeak.com
with TeamSpeak 2 Server (RC2) i got a password for admin and Super admin I gave the server a new name there and a password and all but when i try to connect to my server with TeamSpeak 2 Client (RC2) i get the following error:
[20:44:14] connecting to 213.17.4.51:8767
[20:44:18] no reply from server
maybe the server is offline
or maybe teamspeak is not running on it
when i try to connect to my server with quik login i get the following error:
[20:48:19] connecting to anemos. (anemos is my servers name)
socket error # 11001
Host not found.
