Other people cannot connect to my server

i read all of the tutorials but my friend still cant get in my ts server and it is running. also, i cannot find the ini file you were talking abouti n the faq. plz help and te server will say... THIS TS SERVER WAS MADE PSSIBLE BY [NAME]. :)

Probably the usual, wrong or missing port forwarding settings in the router.

the port i used was 8767. and what is this port forwarding thing? i have a wireless router but the pc im useing is not have a wireless connection
