Problems After Unpluging Router

I had to unplug my modem and router during the recent storms here in Missouri. After Pluging everything back in I am unable to connect to my teamspeak. After Checking my router settings nothing has changed except for my server IP address. Is there something I need to change now that I have a new server IP address? By server IP address I mean the address you use to connect in the TS Client. :o

if your server runns locally, you do not need to change any thing, unless your server got a new IP address as well. But I don't think you use DHCP in your LAN when running a server ?

Thanks It turnd out to be my windows firewall not sure why my settings in that changed.
