Hey
Basically what i have done is download the server and client and configure them. But when i go to connect i can only connect through my default address 192.168.... So i went into my wireless router and port forwarded the 8767 tcp and udp. Still didnt work. So i went into ZoneAlarm and made sure that teamspeak server and client both had access and they did.
I am lost right now i can connect to others servers but not mine. Any help to solve this problem would be great.
Thanks.

this is my setup in router.
Well depeding on the router you can sometimes only connect using the Private IP and port numebr. My Belkin router I had was like that. Never mattered what I changed. People from the outside could connect fine using the dynamic dns service I was using. Now I upgraded to a D-Link MMIO XR2 router and now can connect using the dns service address instead of my Private IP. Not sure if that is the problem your talking about or not. But if people from outside can connect, then it is ok to have it connect using your Privtae IP.

They cant connect and i cant connect.
try making it port forward to 192.168.2.103 and not 192.168.2.3

I changed it and i still cant connect.
I have read a couple other threads and added ports 14534 TCP, 51234 TCP and also keeping the 8767 UDP.
But once again it still doesnt work. Its weird because i can portforward with other programs and it works fine but i cant do it with teamspeak.
Do i have the right Ports??
1) do not forward the TCPQuery and webinterface port unless you require WAN Access to this services. Only the UDP voice port (default 8767) is required
2) Do NOT use the WAN IP to connect locally to your server, as Minwen said, this will most surely cause problems
3) www.portforward.com is a router site, they discuss how to setup a port forwarding correctly, check if your router is covered

I would check the firewall...
If you tell ZoneAlarm to allow the server to have internet access, that doesn't mean that it allowes outside traffic to enter.
What you need to do, is to open up the port in ZoneAlarm manually. (The UDP port for your server).
The ZoneAlarm has more info on doing that.
The reason for me saying this is, that I had the very same problem, and though it was ok, as I allowed TS to act like server and all that. But it didn't work. As soon as I opened up the port, however, it worked instantly. :)
Good luck

ofcourse they need to join on your WANip (www.whatismyip.com) followed by you portnumber, like this: 82.157.102.20:8767
