Hi, whenever I restart my computer, I am unable to go to the admin login page. Heres the problem: I run the TS server icon... I right click the icon in the taskbar, the administration option is greyed out. I did all the port-forwarding and what not. Anybody have any ideas how I can fix this? I also tried to do the web connection function but it didn't work either... any ideas?

Is it possible that you are running 2 instances of the program?

No because I cannot connect to the server as a client from another computer. I was wondering what name TS would run when I look at processes under the Task Manager. I suspect that the port 8767 is being taken up by either TS itself or another program but that doesn't seem likely. Any ideas? Thanks.

in the manual is a link to the webinterface, open up your browser and try that one.

Connectivity fro mother PC:
- you are no very specific with your information ? Does the FAQ (no reply / timeout) help ? If not, be MUCH more specific

Well, here's the whole story. I setup TS, it works (with all the ports opened, such as router, firewall, windows, etc) and people can connect with no problems (for a good month or so). Now, when I restart the PC, I go to start TS server, the program starts up. I go to connect as a client from another PC, it doesnt work. I go to administration to check if the server is up but I cannot go to the login page. The option (from right clicking the taskbar icon) is greyed out. Now I am not exactly sure what the problem is. Because UDP port 8767 should not be taken up by anything other than TS. The IP for the PC is static so that also rules out another problem. I'm not sure what other possiblities there are. It is not a timeout that's for sure.

There is a solution, and that is if I completely remake the server. Exact same settings, and it works... until I restart... please help.

i have found a solution which worked for me, if your running a router, make sure correct ports are forwarded, and most importantly you have a static ip setup, check my reply
