ExcecSQL Error (readonly)

Helo.

Im want to start TS server at Win32 platform w user rights.
I set full rights on files server.dbs, server.ini and server.log

but if adding a new user i have this message in log file:
ExcecSQL Error: attempt to write a readonly database

can someone help on this problem?

sounds as if your database file (server.dbs) is write protected or the user under which TS runs does not has full rights.

On the specified file the full rights were. It is necessary to allow to create files in a folder. The server creates there a temporary file "server.dbs-journal"
