Is it a server that you bought? or is it located at your house? if at your house then provide the logs. if you bought it, contact your provider. I'm not sure but they probably just guessed (or brute force hacked) one of your admin's passwords.

Yeah, go ahead and report the problem to your company hosting services. That will help you more than coming here and getting told to go there. Actually, that's pretty funny. Like a chain reaction to a stupid post, eh?
