Error, ive tryed so much, and im so confused

ok, whenever i connect to the server i get this error:

[17:15:05] Connecting to 217.160.227.148:5020
[17:15:08] No reply from server
Maybe the server is offline
or maybe teamspeak is not running on it


Ive turned my microsoft fire wall off and my mcafee, the only 2 i have. i have restarted my comp 7 times, i have uninstalled/installed 2 times, and ive joined numberous channels and some i can join, some i cannot. its been like this for 2 days and its driving me crazy.

ive read things about a socket error... and i dont quiet understand it.... so plz help me out, im new with this stuff.

may i also add ive looked around, and i see things about socket errors, but i dont understand it... i dont tihnk i have a socket error...
