Unbanning

Ok, some some people accidentally got banned from our TS server. how do I unban them?

If you are an (SA) simply click "Info" on the top right of the teamspeak client. Then click "Show IP Bans" and then click on the specific ban and click delete.

Is there another way to unban someone from my TS server....I tried using the method above but he's still banned. btw I don't host the TS server on my own, it's provided to me by my gameserver provider so I'm not sure if I can access any necessary .ini files or what not.

Any advice?

Normally an IP can be unbanned by using the TCP Query interface, but for this action via TCP Query a Superadmin account is required.

I don't understand your problem, please define it.

Does the banlist still show the ban or did it disappear?

THe ban list no longer shows any bans (I deleted them all) but one of my clan members is still banned and cant connect (error message: banned, or something like that) after I accidentally banned him. I'm the SA, and the server is provided to me by my gameserver provider and I'm assuming they are the SuperAdmin. :confused:

Tell your friend to exactly read what the error message is...i don't think is shows: banned...
