Changing User Passwords

Not sure if this is a Client or server Question so I'm posting here since I "think" I have set the server up to allow this.

I want to give registered users the ability to change their own passwords. I have set the AdminChangeOwnPassword permission in the Registered list.

However, I can't find the option on the client that will allow me to change my password.

Is it actually possible to allow the individual users (registered only and not admin) to change their own password, and if so what am I missing.
