Lag in game

Hello... this is my first post so please dont flame me! :p

kk.... im a huge CoH player and my team started using Teamspeak... so i went and d/l'ed it and got on! however... when i have ts on my game is fine for about 5 min then i get huge lag... i asked around and someone told me to use a different codec so i tried a different codec and i still have the same problem... the person whos hosting TS lowered the bandwith... is there something i can do on my end to stop the lag?

what www access do you have (UP and DOWN) and what codec is selected ? Do more then oen speak at the same time,... ?

I have this problem too, even when no one is connected to the Teamspeak 2 server except me. Although I'm playing Medal of Honor: AA. My ping will jump up to 400-2000ms from 40ms randomly and will not recover until restarting the game. If I turn off Teamspeak, it works fine.

For reference, I'm on an HP dv4000 laptop connected over 802.11g through a router on cable Internet.
