Can you search for a player by IP?

Is there a way you can find somebody by their IP to see what teamspeak server they are on.

No. To do that with the technology and means available you'd have to go through every Teamspeak server in the world and ask for the IP addresses of the people who are connected and do that until you've found the IP address you're looking for.
But that is not a guarantee you'll really have the guy. After all NAT allows you to have multiple connections from one single public IP address to different Teamspeak servers.
