Sound Recording Problem

For some reason I'm permanently muted whatever I do in TS. My windows sound recorder says there is another application recording sound but I don't know what program that would be because I've tried stopping all processes except windows essentials but it still says there is a program recording sound.

Try clicking Settings| Options and changing things to wave and make sure both your inpuit device and ouput are selected on turtle beach.......then restart the computer and then restart TS and try it then.....make sure there are no other audio applications open also try updating your drivers if possible
