Best TS settings

Just wondering what the best possible sound quality that you can get out of TS.

Currently using Speex25.9 have the priority set to high, and direct sound buffer size turner all the way up.

That is the best you can get out of it.

Increasing the buffer size compensates for choppiness caused by too high end-to-end delay jitter. This ultimately increases the end-to-end delay however so it's most likely not "the best".
Ideally buffer playout length should be a little bit more than the greates end-to-end delay jitter between your client and any other connected client. But as I already hinted with "ideally" that's usually not the case because other people are rather difficult to fit into your calculations. :)
