ok when im on ts and bf2 in the same time bf2 gets lill laggy and ts gets super laggy. i cant hear what there are saying unless im standing perfectly still, doing nothing and just looking at the ground. but when im only on ts its just fine.

Try changing the teamspeak sound driver from Direct Sound to Wave or vice versa. In the teamspeak client click "settings" on the top left, then click "options".
