It seems when poeple join they cant speak unless I make them a Channel or Server Admin. How do I give them the ability to speak and just be a normal Registered or even (U) :)

You have to make the channel(s) unmoderated.

Yea turn off moderated chan.. or give them voice or Auto Voice.
