WebPost for NON SuperAdmins

This may be an easy answer or already asked, however my question is simply: Is there a WebPost script available that is for non superadmin access?

IE. superadmin requires control over the entire server and all the virtual servers running as well. If a user of one of those virtual servers wants to post data about their own private server on their website, is there a script that can do this?

Specifically I am looking at gllcTS2 Webpost for TeamSpeak 2 and to me it appears that it has to be setup and run under super admin, this correct?

No, it's not correct. It uses the webpost informations and connects to the tcp query which is reported to the webpost script where it requests all further details like user, channel etc.
There is no ssa access required. just sa to configure the webpost post url.
