probably not.

Since running the Teamspeak server requires you ro run software on the machine, instead of just having the files on there, if all you have is some webspace and not a server service, you will not be able to run a teamspeak server remotely.

If you just have some webspace, like that which your ISP probably gives out free, or like a geocities account, you will not be able to run a teamspeak server from there.

However, if you have an actual server, meaning you can install and run software, then you will be able to run a teamspeak server. The fact that you are even asking the question leads me to beleive that you do not have a server of your own to play with.

So now you have two options really...

One: Host it on your own PC. If you're running a broadband connection, you probably have the bandwidth to run at least a limited teamspeak server, so all you need to do is install the server application on one of the pc's you own that have web connectivity, and then configure and run the server.

Two: Pay to have someone else host it. There are links on this site that lead to companies willing to host a TS server for you, for a small monthly fee, which is possibly the better solution. It offers 24/7 connectivity, low ping (probably), and less stress on your own personal web connection/pc.
