Registered Users Can Not Move Through Channels.

I am in the clan infexXxious, We have a Clan TS RC2 server. Right now we are having a problem with moving through channels. Only SA's can move through them. All the other registered users can not move to any other channel other then the default channel. So if any advise can be given we need a solution asap.

This might fix it,
In the web-admin for the specific server go to the registered user server permissions. Scroll down the list until you find "ChannelJoinRegisterred" and check the box to the right of it. Also go to the Anonymous user server permissions and check that box if you want Anonymous people to move between channels.
