Whenever I give out my WAN ip address it won't allow them to connect. I can connect fine with the LAN ip. Thanks for any help.

You need to forward your ports if you have a router. Goto: http://portforward.com/routers.htm, select your router, then click on "Teamspeak", then follow the instructions.
