[Ts2] Windows/Linux Server Binary BETA 2.0.22.2

Hi folks,

we've just released a new server binary for TeamSpeak 2 on both platforms (Windows/Linux). This version contains the following fixes:

- fixed crashes which occured on msg commands via TCP queries
- channel descriptions are now limited to 1024 chars
- minor fixes

Please note that this version also contains all bugfixes that were previously released in Linux binaries (2.0.21.3 (http://forum.goteamspeak.com/showthread.php?t=24962) and 2.0.22.1 (http://forum.goteamspeak.com/showthread.php?t=29165)). Due to security reasons we recommend the use of this version.

this is freaking awesome. last week we had an attempted DoS attack by someone from *****.net doing a flood attack. I had this version installed as well as the anti-flood daemon and he was gone literally in seconds. great work
