Telnet scrpits

I have found out by searching the forums that you can control TS servers with Telnet. Im new to Teamspeak so i'm hoping someone can answer my questions.

1. How do you log on with telnet?

2. What are all the codes you can use once you can log on?

Any info would be great. Thanks!

Open a telnet connection
RUN -> CMD -> Telnet
create a connection to <ip teamspeak server> port: 51234

Telnet starts connecting. when its connect the line [TS] is show
Type help and enter
all command are now shown
