Server / No Soundcard Question

Just real quick. I have a dedicated game server to host many games. It does not have a sound card. I was using the old version of TS on that server and never had a prob. Does TS2 need a sound card installed on the dedicated server?

I would venture to say no. I could be wrong. But I see nothing that requires a sound card. The server software doesn't even need the codecs installed.
