View Full Version : Word IP
How do I change my ip to connect to the server a word (ex: tsserver.org insted of 123.456.789.10)?
Free ones include https://www.dyndns.com and http://www.no-ip.com
This is now covered by our updated FAQ.

However, as I see now we should tell people how to find Dynamic DNS providers. ;)
Edit: FAQ updated.

Simply add the port after the IP Address
ex.:
135.24.68.79:8767 - tsserver.org:8767 (port not needed because it is default:p)
135.24.68.79:8768 - tsserver.org:8768
135.24.68.79:8769 - tsserver.org:8769
;)
I think he wants to ommit the port always. Unfortunately, this is not possible in TeamSpeak 2.
And by the way: A "word IP" does not exist. The right word is "DNS address".
