Connection timed out

Hi,

I'm hosting teamspeak server but i have some problems with it, some user can't connect and get the error "[20:28:02] Connection timed out"

I have turned off the firewall and the antivirus, in my router i have opened the follow port's

8767, UDP
14534, TCP
51234, TCP

But most people can connect as usually.
The people that can't connect have also turn off the firewall and the antivirus and have also opened the Port's.

Can some body help?

1) have oyu noticed the FAQ thread about no reply / timeout ?
Does the debug mode help ?

2) Do these guys which get a timeout can connect to other TS servers ?

Yes i have read the FAQ.
The debug mode also dont work.
Yes the guys can contact other servers.

Let them contact there ISP and ask for it.
is the teamspeak located in the same country ???

Mostly the ISP blocks your ts server and all your service on you IP.
if people can join you server on a WAN IP and other cant and those who cant can connect to othere teamspeak servers its the ISP.

Try to run a teamspeak server on an other IP maybe 1 of you friends his IP.
