I was told by someone that if u put in a certain number of players in the teamspeak server settings, teamspeak hosts it for you, you host half and teamspeak hosts the rest. Is this true?

How can you host 1/2 a teamspeak server and have teamspeak host the other 1/2? That doesn't even make sense.
