Log In as Admin on Client

I created a server, and I wish to log in as an admin on my client. I go to User Manager and create a new account there, and when I attempt to log in, I recieve a bad username/password. Could anyone be of assistance?

log in your web pannel with your SA account
create a new client user with SA rights
log in your client with your freshly created account, not the web SA one

Please remember that the username and password is CAPS sensitive.

I have created 4 different accounts, and have used the exact same password, caps and all.
