I Really Need Help Guys(And Girls:])

I can put up teamspeak servers but when i give my friends the ip they cannot connect to my server they just get the [17:20:34] No reply from server
Maybe the server is offline
or maybe teamspeak is not running on it
message when i have started the server and it is already up and running?!?!?

Any help would be appriciated :) :confused:
