Changing The Notification Voice

Was wondering if the voice of "New Player" can be customized to one more like our clan? Instead have it say "Welcome".

Any help would be appreciated.

As far as I know, you can only change the sounds for your client program

the client is playing .wav files, not the server. You can remplace them if u want, but you'll be the only one to hear them, unless you broadcast your wav files to your entire clan

Ok, so then how are they referenced by the client? is there a text file that tells the client where to find them? Last are they referenced, by the name or by the number of the wav.
