I am trying to set up a server from behind a router. I am using cox if for some reason that means anything.
I have followed this tutorial completely:

and it doesn't seem to help. I can join using my internal ip, but not my external ip. It says server does not exist. Im not sure what more information to give you, but if you ask for it, i will telly you.
