Sounds breaking up

Is there any reason why when we get 5 to 10 players on it break up on all of us and we only hear a couple of words out of someone. We are running it on a T1 and a P3 600. We also have teamsound running on the same server. could that be the reason.

What codec are your running? the Celp windows 5.2 seems to work for me the best with a mix of users on dsl,cable and dial ups..I wouldnt uses anything higher than the 6.3 codec.
Also.. you said you guys are on a t1.. is there anyone else sharing the t1?

give us more information.. Server/Server os.. client stuff.. ect..
