super admin logging in

when i try to log in as a superadmin once i press login after copying and pasting both the username and the password it says that the website has declined to show me the page:eek: :eek: :eek:

i am using ie 7 beta if that makes a difference

I got rid of IE and now I can't log into my superadmin page i can't get the page to load at all Please help!!!:)

you need a browser to make it load if you have none then you cant go to the page my suggestion is if you dont like IE get Firefoxor Netscape! Also make sure your firewalls are alowing traffic to that site!

I still can't log into super admin it goes to the admin page and says login failed!

What firewall are you running if it is zonealarm i had the same problem i ended up having to shut zonealarm down to login to superadmin/webadmin.
