I can hear everyone but one guy

Ok, I'm in teamspeak playing a game, I can hear everyone talking except one player. I could hear him fine, until another player joined. Can anyone help...he has windows 2000 and I have windows xp

Ok,i'm having a an issue just like this....ever since I installed TS2,some players can here me but some people cannot.The ones who hear me say I sound perfect,the ones who can't say it sounds squeally...now I did a self test and all the codec's sound great execept the GSM 14.8 and the 16.3...our server is running on the 16.3's I think.I've uninstalled and reinstalled but no cure there either....

Well I think I fixed it! I went into TS's "settings" and under the "sound input/output settings" I moved the "output volume" down to normal and all codec's are crystal clear now! I will test it in game tonight and see if it's works!
