Newb webinterface problems

I used the noob howto file to install the server but now im stuck at the web interface im too noobish to be able to set up users all i need is one anon account for the guild members and one account for the leader one for the officers. i also need to make the standard mmorpg channels i dont know how to do this but i bet its rather easy with someones help intermediate knoledge of ts. Maybe someone can point me to a NEWBIE howto on the web interface. i may be looking in the wrong place to edit this information all i know is ive been able to set it up with no errors but i cannot connect to it on another one of my pc's. If anyone can help thank you for reading my post and that you even more for replying.
