When you log in to TS, to the right of the client above the server info, I've seen a few servers to have their clan banner above it all. How can I do this?

Ok, so I get the banner set up, but the BackGround was white....dumb me. SO I changed the color, reuploaded it. And looked for the imagecache.ini to delete it...no go. i can't find it anywhere on my computer!?!? Any tips on how to get hte new banner to pop up?

I've even tried restarting the server, still no go.

I'd assume that file exists. Could it be that this file is hidden and your file browser does thinks that you should not see such files ? Can you beat your explorer and teach him how to do what YOU want and not what MS wants ?

I know I know.

HOLY SHIT, an old thread.

Well, I'm back cause I've ran into a very interesting ? about Banners.

I'm hosting one Server for my Gaming Clan, and another server for a friend of mine's gaming clan.

My friend want their own banner, but mine is showing up on their server as well as mine.

Is there a way to get multiple banners to work, instead of having my main banner on all of the servers?

No, there isn't. The only option is to install a second TeamSpeak server instance with a different server.ini file.

The hosterbanner is a feature from the no longer existing commercial version of the TeamSpeak server. Commercial TeamSpeak hosters use the freeware version now just like you and me. But they still want to advertise their hosting service through the hosterbanner function. That's why the hosterbanner function was ported to the newer freeware versions.

The fact that normal users can use this feature now is just a side-effect. It was newer designed to be something else than a single banner for all virtual servers.
