Cant find imagecache.ini to delet banner image.

Hi i have read most of the posts about placeing a banner on ts and i have tried to place one on my server, but i have failed. I did every thing that the posts and faqs told me to but not worken. I think it might be to do with the fact i entered the image location wrong the first time. So i read more posts and came accress one that says you have to delete the imagecache.ini file but i can not find this file does any one know where it is.
I would also like to no is it true that you have to delet it every time you change the banner.

The file is hidden so you will have to tell your operating system to show hidden files.

An alternative to deleting the imagecache.ini is using a different file name for the banner. As the new filename is unknown to the clients, they will handle it like a completely new banner.

well the image never worked in the first place but i think i linked it to the wrong url on my web server. so i went back and changed it in the ts config file and it still did not show up. so my guess is that there is some thing in the image chache.ini
I was also looking through my ts2 client file that it created in my documents and i found a folder called image chache.ini I am guesseing this is where the file is stored for the client so i deleted it and restarted the client but still nothing. any ideas???

you might wanne post the the server.ini, but FIRST make sure you read the WHOLE FAQ thread dealign with the banner. There are quite a few requirements you MUST respect

I have read just about every thing i can find on this and still havent got a solution. I will post up my config file on sat evening because i am not on my computer at the moment and wont be untill sat eve.
The image chache is that in the client or in the server files because i have found one in the client files. If it is in the server files then this is what i need help finding but i am now getting confused because there are two imagechache.ini files.
