TS Problem

I hope someone can help me here, I have TS2 and it was working fine until yesterday. I downloaded something called TS overlay on advice from a friend and now my TS wont work properly. I can still get on but my friends cant hear me at all. I uninstalled the TS overlay and TS itself, then reinstalled TS. I did a virus scan, cleaned up my Hard drive etc etc, and still nothing. Does anyone have any advise?

TeamSpeak Overlay should in no way modify anything that could cause problems like this, because the only thing it does is displaying information and nothing more.
