From the ISP url Link I entered "GFX URL=http://img114.imageshack.us/img114/9844/ncclogo3da.jpg"

what have I done wrong here?

No there is no need for that becasue we have a documentation (FAQ) !
WHY do WE allways have to tell you things which are written down ??? If only one of you guys would give us a feedback how we could improve the doc, FAQ,.... so that we do not have to answer the same questions almost every day. But in the end it seems to be almost always just pure lazyness, it's easier to ask then to read a FAQ thread... shame on you :mad:
