Global Broadcast

Is there a way to broadcast your voice across the entire server? It'd be useful, and it'd be way easier than going into each individual channel to tell people something. I know theres Text to All but when your in-game its impossible for them to read the message if they are in full screen mode "and in our case the game is in full screen" so any possibilities? I have direct access to the server that the Teamspeak Server is hosted off of so I can install Scripts to be able to do this.
