My TS client isn't launching when I double click on the icon. I have uninstalled everything that has to do with TSclient2 throughout my PC. I reinstalled TSClient2 and it still isn't launching. All it does is appear in my task bar. When I right click to show it does nothing. What has happened and how can I fix it?

If you get the icon, it is launching. The window itself could have disappeared off the screen.

This has happened to me once. I tried duplicating this problem, but can't. I don't know exactlly how it happened. I think I may have had opened the program when I was running some game that had increased my desktop size automatically, and placed the window x,y pixel coordinates. when I exited the game, the res decreased, but the ts window stayed at those coordinates(off the desktop). This is not TS related, because I had this happen with other programs before.

If this is the case:

I increased the resolution of my desktop.. The TS window displayed, I dragged it over to the left went back and decreased my video resolution.

There is a registry that saves window size + location as it appears on the desktop. I dont know what it is off hand. Try what I said 1st. You may have to figure out the regestry thing if all else fails.

You did not provide the information we ask for in our forums rules (http://forum.goteamspeak.com/announcement.php?f=2).

Please make sure you are using the lastest client version (2.0.32.60). Some of these "window disappearing" issues have been solved.

If you still have this problem, look for the TeamSpeak 2 clients configuration file "TeamSpeak.conf" and delete it. This FAQ entry tells you how to find this file:
