Trying to get TS server together for a friend (I dont use it,yet). Following the instructions that I found here :http://ruckman.net/MAIN/modules/news/article.php?storyid=117
using slackware there are some diffs in directory structure
Everything seems to go ok up til I try to start the server after stopping it in the steps listed. Anytime after the 1st start i get the message :
starting the teamspeak2 server
Error, Either an old instance of teamspeak is still running, or
an other application is using the tcpquery port!
Error, Server was not started!
Now i saw a few things here and there throughout the forums. None of the "fixes" seem to apply. I am not eve concerned with getting the TS to start at boot right now.
