Teamspeak Help Bug

Hey guys,we have a problem with our Teamspeak last week.A Guy gets in with multiple accounts at same time very fast,and we listen only member joined member left.He connects with about 10 different accounts in just few seconds and its hard to do something.We try to ban him but he's got a dynamic ip and he only has to reset his router and he is usually back in a few minutes.Is it possible to ban a dynamic ip in Teamspeak.I Mean the range of his ip which always remains same.Any help would be much appreciated guys.

Thanks buddy.I Sort it out.I Just banned his ip range.Lets see if He can get in now.
