Ok, hi all. I expose to you my problem :d
When i try to speak on TeamSpeak. I have a problem with him.

Ps: When i test my micro on counter strike, he works fine. i don't have any problems on counter strike. Then, i think. it's a problem with teamspeak. sorry for my bad english.

So the problem you are trying to say is that the sound within your TeamSpeak server is bad quality? If so ask a SA or if you are an SA, to try changing the codec to either a higher level, or lower level, depending on what your PC can handle!

It's when i push a talk button. my sound on teamspeak is good, but the problem is when i speak.

I listened to your sound file and it sounds like there are two things happening there.
The first is the "beep" - which is then echoing or feedbacking, so it plays again, then again, then crecendos into that annoying sound at the end.
As for what's causing it, I'm not entirely sure. I'd check and re-check your sound config, because that first beep sounded not unlike a feedback "chirp" - maybe start by making sure your speakers and mic aren't too close together.

I use a cask with micro :s and when i test with speakers, i have a same sound
