Teamspeak has no IP, but each individuall TS server has his "own" IP. Which of the probably many tousand TS server are you talking about ?

Your question doesn't make much sense....

In your TeamSpeak Client:


Open the "Connection" menu.
Click "Connect".
Select the "Web Server List" tab.
Set a filter to limit the amount of servers you will see.
