For starters - try posting in the support forums.
As for your issue, turn on the "gain" for your microphone in the Windows Sound Control Panel.

So where exactly is gain in the control panel?
Been looking, can't find it.

golly - a forum search came up with hundreds of listings on the word "gain" And the first one seems to have a nice tutorial here: http://forum.goteamspeak.com/showthread.php?t=32082&highlight=gain

On my set up for others to hear me I have to go into the volume control of my microphone sound setting and remove the mute check mark from the microphone box each time I log on so my mic. will work maybe this is what you need to do as well.
