Port Fowarding help please

Hey, from what I read in a post a second ago a lot of people ask help on this, and well...here it is again. I managed to set up a static IP but I'm unsure of how to go about port fowarding, and the guide I found didn't work because people still cant' connect to my TS server. Any help anyone could give or extra info they would need first? Thanks.

There are at least a million threads about port-forwarding in this forum, which is still not a router forum. So you have two options: find the existing threads or visit a router forum.
