Hello.

I have made a server using your programe of course, made channels Etc...And basically its all setup to my knowledge.

There is one problem though, people cannot connect to the server I made, so I hit the FAQ page, and one of the Symptoms was :

"People who are using a home router (NAT) can't connect to your server, but they can connect to other servers."

I am 90% sure this is why, as I am using a router. However, im not sure how to fix this, as the solution on the FAQ page didnt help.

"Solution:
-Open the file server.ini that is created in the same directory where the server executable is located.
-Look for the following line in section [Main Config]:

BoundToIp1=

Modify it like this:

BoundToIp1=213.202.254.117"

I tried this and it didnt work, so I had a fiddle with my router, some people told me something about the DMZ. This would work, problem is all my firewalls are off, including the one on my router. So my router or PC isnt blocking any ports, so to me, there is no reason why people cant join.

But as you can see, I am wrong, otherwise I wouldnt be posting here. To get to the point, im wondering if any of you kind people may be able to help me on this.

I will check this post everyday. Also my e-mail is (*censored*) if you wish to mail the solution to me.

Thank you for your time.

Maybe that is going to help you:

What you need is port forwarding. More information about portforwarding can be found here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Port_forwarding or on google. There are also formus dedicated to portforwarding only which will most probably be the place for you to visit if you run into problems with your specific router.

Basicly you need to port forward to the pc the ts server is running on from your router, www.portforward.com , if u really can't figure it... check your router manual :)
